If inclement weather precludes safe transportation to and from the session, there will be no penalty for cancellation if less than 24-hour notice is given. Clients are asked to call as soon as possible if they cannot safely drive to the session. Doing so will confirm that the normal cancellation policy of 24 has been suspended. Every effort will be made to reschedule the missed appointment as quickly as schedules permit.
