I appreciate your taking the time to schedule appointments in advance! Know that this time is now reserved solely for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule a pre-scheduled appointment, please provide me with a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the start of the session*. This time allows me an opportunity to give a client-in-waiting a chance to use the time-slot once reserved for you. Due to the requests on my time, appointments not canceled in this manner will be subject to a minimum charge of $50. A "no call, no show" will result in being charged the full session fee.
